Temple is taking the following steps to make sure that only temple office bearers represent the temple appropriately:
1. Temple letterhead is being secured and appropriate controls are being put in place to ensure that every letterhead temple issues is catalogued and tracked appropriately.
2. All temple statements will only be issued only by BOT Chair, President or BOT Secretary. Going forward, no one else is authorized.
3. Temple Operational manual will be reviewed and updated to make sure all operational policies and procedures have been documented correctly. This will be published on the temple website at the earliest.
